Guerrero, Mexico Dance Mask #2009.01.013 sold

This mask is used in the Danza de la Tlacololero. It has a pink face, black eyebrows and moustache, blue eyes and a bright red rounded mouth and is made from wood and painted with enamel. The mask was purchased from the carver, Carmelo Calvario Mendoza, from Ayuhualolco, Guerrero, Mexico, in 2009. It is unused and in excellent condition. Size H 8”, W 7 ½”, D 5 ½” weight 2 lbs SOLD
